Your Unique Beauty at the Love. You. Summit Group Photoshoot in Napoleon Ohio.

In a world that often sets unrealistic beauty standards, it’s essential to take a step back and celebrate the unique beauty that each of us possesses. At Ash and Thistle Artistry, we believe in the power of self-love, body positivity, and community support. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our upcoming event, the "Love. You. Summit," which will be held at the beautiful Shady Brook Acres in Napoleon, Ohio.

What is the Love. You. Summit?

The "Love. You. Summit" is more than just a photoshoot; it’s an empowering experience designed to bring our community together in a celebration of self-acceptance and resilience. This free event will feature a group photoshoot where participants will have the opportunity to paint their scars with gold, symbolizing the beauty in our imperfections. Participants will wear black bras and underwear, in styles they are most comfortable with, creating a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can feel seen and valued.

Why This Event Matters

In today’s society, many people struggle with body image issues and feelings of inadequacy. The pressure to conform to societal beauty standards can be overwhelming, leading to a negative impact on mental health and self-esteem. The "Love. You. Summit" aims to counteract these pressures by fostering a community where individuals can embrace their unique bodies and feel empowered to show their true selves.

The Power of Community

Coming together as a community to celebrate our differences and support each other in our journeys is incredibly powerful. When we share our stories, our scars, and our vulnerabilities, we create a space where healing and self-love can flourish. The "Love. You. Summit" is a chance to connect with others who are on a similar journey and to find strength in our shared experiences.

Participants are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early and come dressed in their favorite black bra and underwear. Please bring a towel for cleanup. We will begin with group photos in our black undergarments, followed by an activity where we paint each other’s scars or areas of insecurity with gold paint. This event is an unplugged experience, allowing us to fully engage and connect with one another.

Important Information

• Participants must be 18 years or older and out of high school.
• Sobriety is required; please arrive sober and remain sober throughout the event.
• A full release to share images is required, as we hope to attract local media attention and highlight the importance of this event.
• Please review and sign the event contract prior to attending.
